The staff was so informative on gluten content and very helpful on preparation advice. Everything there aside from the bread they make the Cuban sandwich there is celiac safe/gluten free. The food though? Out of this world. I got the variety pack and a pack of the breakfast/sunrise empanadas to take home and each flavor was so rich and authentic. You can taste the love in every empanada. I love that the ingredients are listed on the bag and its all very simple, nothing artificial (not even the colors) and everything is perfectly spiced. Seriously can't say anything bad about these. Will be back in the future.

Just tried Masa this evening for the first time. Ordered 3 of the Colombiano, which was fantastic! Loved it. Also ordered the Queso empanadas, but I don’t think that’s what I got. I got something that had cheese and something that had an Apple taste to it. It was sweet with a sugar dusting. Whatever it was, it was really good. lol. I do want to try the queso empanada next time. Really good food and the guy at the counter was really nice. Will be back.

So delicious and the best cuban sandwich outside Miami! Authentic and lovingly made roast pork with a citrus garlic blend of mojo criollo combined with ham, Swiss, mustard and pickles on a pressed bun. Try it, you'll love it!

Delicious empanadas and thoughtful space. We look forward to many returns to the MASA storefront. The truck always brings us joy.

Kind of pricey and the decor is a bit spartan. But the food is delicious and somewhat adventurous! The empanadas are awesome! and it’s better than a drive thru meal deal at some burger chain.

Awesome quaint takeout restaurant mainly. Good service. This was my first visit I was doing business in the area saw it and ordered online. I will be back to try some other menu items the empanadas were tasty. I ordered a Cuban type Tamale to try it was tasty just not my favorite. (It did have good favor) I'm definitely glad I stopped in. Signed Adventurous Eater I'll be back for the Cuban Sandwich Everything was made to order hot and fresh!

Masa is delicious and has an empanada for everyone! My favorite is the pabellon but they’re all so tasty. All but the TCB are Gluten Free too. If you’ve never had an emp before you can mix and match to include a more familiar flavor like The Italiana and try something new too. Everyone is always friendly and happy to help. Don’t forget to grab a bacon bomb because the review is in the name. I’ve had the Cuban too and it’s amazing. I’ve never had anything I didn’t love but I usually get my emps.
